Bowl measures 4-1/2" Diameter x 2-1/4" Deep with 1/8" Wall Thickness throughout. I keep making the walls thinner and thinner.
Finished with 6 coats of Minwax Satin Wipe-On-Poly and polished with Hut Ultra Gloss.

As always comments and or suggestion appreciated.

Very Nice!

Just saw this on PP and thought what an awesome finish! Have to say I normally like oil finish for bowls, but the gloss really works on this one!

sweet, i done a one day bowl turning course 2 weeks ago and it was great fun, learned a lot. Bowls are a doddle aren't they :biggrin::biggrin:

How did you keep from crushing the foot when you were holding it in the chuck? Was is long enough that you could turn off the marked part?
