I just love these DiamondCast blanks. I wish I had more pics but thought I would share. I think my next step is to learn to add metal accent rings/bands on my pens.

Could you please tell us what threads you used for cap to body, section to body, and nib to section . . . Also what nib. . Thanks a lot.

Cap to body threads are 13mm, section to body threads are10mm, nib to section I used a bock tap for #6 nibs. The nib is Bock #6 black lacquered- extra fine.

Thanks for that info. . . So I guess the OD of the pen would probably be 15 - 15.5 mm.

I like the fact that you have made the cap and body of equal outside diameter.

Thanks. Getting cap and body to be same diameter is always a challenge on a wood lathe. You are pretty much spot on about the OD.- it is .60"
