Does the design goes around the pen, or is one point of view different from another?
The segments are cut from round hollow wooden tubes using a laser and a very accurate rotary device that I built specifically for pen work. I lay out all my patterns for a seamless wraparound. This blank was a little tedious assembling because none of the segments interlock. Hope this helps answer your question.Beautiful!
