After a couple of years of making pens, I am starting to get inquiries for pens. I have been giving away pens to friends and relatives, as well as donating to fundraisers. In the past week I have been contacted by people ordering pens. I now need to make 11 casing pens, 3 slimlines, and 3 sierras. I am probably not getting as much as I should, but I will make enough to cover supplies and purchase some new kits.
This is strictly a hobby for me and I never intended to make any money. In fact, I have posted about how lucky I am to be able to do this and not have to worry about recovering all the costs. Retirement has been very good to me!
