Some lidded boxes

I gave lidded boxes a try. Tried various woods, Basswood, Mahogany and Walnut. Tried both Waterlox and Mylands Friction Polish. Tossed in a sphere I tried turning, it turned out sorta round.

Great job. I want to try some lidded boxes, but still trying to get the bowl thing down. I need to try a sphere also. I was expermenting with an idea and it came out more egg shape than round...
