Nice, but may I suggest putting a little cross pin on the ends of the horizontal dowels? That way they don't all slide off if it gets bumped or the wind picks up.

Justin---you are correct---I am pushed for time right now because we are headed to a show---just got done packing----we are indoors this weekend so they will be alright but I will add stops to the ends.
I picture some clown picking up the whole thing and spilling pendants everywhere.

Where's my sign???????

here's the updated stand

1 inch wood balls drilled to fit the 5/8 dowel rod
that should do the trick
