Need cheap molds?

If you find yourself in need of a cheap single use mold, try foamcore poster board. its easy to cut, and can be glued with hot glue. Works great for alumilite, and if you're careful to avoid spilling resin on the foam part of it it works with PR because the paper separates the resin and foam. A single board will give you many molds, and they cost next to nothing.

i just made molds from synthetic trim boards i had left over from a home project. i made them like the cutting board molds. they have a primer on them but no worries it comes off with your first cast.
