Long Shot Question

Does anyone recognize this screw and where it may have fell off a Laguna 12/16 lathe? I heard it hit the floor while I was using the lathe. I don't see anywhere where it might go. Lathe runs fine with no issues.

I looked over my 1216 - The only screw I found that looks like that is on the little tool rack that is mounted on the front of the lathe, on the right side. There are actually 2 screws holding that little rack in place.

Are you talking about the little tool rack that's mounted on the tailstock?
