Hi there,
I've been looking around for product reviews, threads, posts and related topics, but have had no real successes.
What I have been looking at Air Cleaners/Filters vs. Dust collection. My question(s) would be dust collector or air cleaner? Portable or fixed location? and what sort of budget? I am a newbie, and like most of us (newbies and not newbies) have a limited budget (just until I win a lottery)
I've seen some threads that mention Jet and other makes and some that have made their own from Furnace fans.
My "shop" is the garage (22'x20'x12'), which I have migrated the Cars out to the street much to SWMBO chagrin (I can build a shop in the basement now... just will take time, money, resources and me away from turning pens).
The "new" shop will be about 15'x20'x 6'3"h - crawl space).
I've been considering a table top model, that would be portable for now. When I get the real shop set up, a ceiling mounted one to assist the portable.
