Cherry Burl and spalted maple burl (small gloat)

I just came into a bit of cherry burl and a very large spalted maple burl. I thought I would share. I have not had a chance to take more pictures other than these. I still have to cut them both in blanks. I will be offering them in the classified section once I can get everything cut up. The cherry burl is in slabs right now. I will probably have enough for about 20 lots.Here is a small taste.[]

I just finished cutting up ALL the cherry burl into blanks. Took a few hours! Of course I had to stash a few select pieces for myself[].
I was incorrect in my original estimate...........I have enough for about 40 lots, some oevrsized and some sierra blank size.......all GREAT stuff. ( Note to self.....THANK fellow Real Estate agent that asked me to get this log out of her driveway!)
Now to cut the maple!
But first I will take photos and post them in the classifieds within a few days.
Thanks for all the great comments. I was pleasantly surprisesed to sat the least when I cut into the cherry burl.
