The first cane is from a walnut limb. Made for my MIL when she had knee surgery. All one piece and stretched the limit of extension attached to the delta midi.

The second is from a hickory with barley twist. Sanded the bark smooth. Carved in the face and found a vine sticking through where one of the eyes was to be. Made a patch from bark to cover that eye.

Nice work. I love to work on walking sticks and cane by carving while sitting around a campfire. Unfortunally I'm not good at it.
