G'day Folks,
I thought I would share my efforts at yet another pen sled. I combined ideas I found from various members & posts on this site, and tried to combine as many as I could, combined with the parts I actually had on hand.. The inserts sit tight between those two tracks and the two hold down bolts are plenty to give good clamping pressure on the red handled clamps. Any comments welcome.

Very nicely done. I think a moderator should move this thread to the New Jigs, Fixtures and shop aids where it will have value to others if looking for jigs to help in pen making. Thanks for showing.

My only suggestion is for this setup, I think you'd be happier if instead of round holes you cut slots so you can easily adjust the center point. Blanks will vary in size.

Underneath is an embedded T-Track, so I can slide either of these side to side to do centre slots for inlay, or move to the right side to do blank sizing cuts
That will work fine then. Looking forward to your designs.
