Wormy maple

This bowl is made of spalted, wormy, and punky maple. It is finished with Danish oil and has not been buffed yet. I used sanding sealer to help stop the tear out and it worked fairly well. It is 6" X 4".

That's nice Tom, I have about a ton of this wood laying in my back yard... could have been lots more, but I was cleaning and clearing and burned a bunch of it before I realized what I had...
