Cheer Woodchuck tools

I just bought a Unitool from Woodchuck Lathe Tools. I have not had a chance to use it yet. So what am I cheering? The service. I received my tool and there was a problem with it. After a couple of emails and phone calls, Ken offered to send a replacement. He sent the replacement with the agreement that I would return the original AFTER I received the replacement. He treated me with trust and fixed the problem in one action.
