This piece was a collaboration of over a dozen members of my local chapter of the American Association of Woodturners. My creamer which I posted earlier by itself, is but one piece of this project. Every piece is turned or carved, even the flowers are made on a lathe. This was on display at the annual symposium which had close to 1500 artists from all over the world in attendance to compare work and give seminars on technique and design.

That is pretty cool!
We have a wood turning group in this area that I live, but they like to meet on Saturdays and it takes an act of congress for me to get the day off work. I know I would learn a lot.

That had to be fun to put together. It's great when a bunch of people collaborate on something like that. Nicely done. Congratz on a great job.

Thanks, it was a lot of fun, but a bit nerve wracking near the end as we ran low on time.
