I'm still sorting through some loose parts and I'm trying to find where these fit. I searched craft supplies and woodcraft for the numbers listed and found nothing. It doesn't seem to fit the jr gentlemen tube. The OD is 0.377". Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Which kit does this end cap belong to?

If I remember correctly, the Caballero had an option like that, but maybe to get rid of the black threads.
The lot that I purchased did have some baron kits, I'll take a look at those next.

0.377 OD fits inside a 10.5mm tube.
There are a lot of Jr. Style Rollerball kits that use 10.5mm for the lower tube.
Most of the Jr. Gent II styles like Aaron Jr, Abraham Jr, American Patriot, Atrax, Majestic Jr, etc.

I tried the Jr gent first and it didn't look like it would fit and I was afraid it would end up rolling the tube opening. I can see about chamfering the tube and seeing if that may work

Before you do, be aware that all Jr. Gent pen kits are not the same. There was the Jr. Gent (one?) series and the Jr. Gent II series along with the full sized Gentlemen and others in between that all have different tube sizes and use different drills and bushing sets.
An example of the Jr. Gent (one) would be the Baron or Sedona. 10mm (25/64) and 12mm (15/32) tubes.
An example of the Jr. Gent (two) would be the Diamond Knurl and Jr. Aaron 10.5mm and 12.5mm tubes.
Then there are the others, like the Caballero which uses 10mm (25/64) and 11.5mm (29/64) tubes.
There is/was also a full sized Gent which is different than the two Juniors using a 12mm (15/32) and 14.78mm (37/64) tubes.
The only real way to determine what you have is to measure the OD of the "Post/Cap" and check it against the ID of the Brass Tube. If you have the bushings, the ID of the Brass Tube should match the OD of the part of the Bushing that fits inside of it.

PS As someone already posted, there was at least one Jr Gentlemen kit that Turners Warehouse sells (or used to sell) that came with both Postable and Non-Postable parts. (It was a Jr. Gent II style with 10.5mm and 12.5mm tubes). So what you might have there are excess parts for that kind of kit.

The product numbers are Craft Supply part numbers. They are threaded ends for the original jr gent which did not come with posting barrel end finials. The tube sizes were the same as the Baron. When the jr gent 2 came out the tube sizes were changed. The Baron came with posting barrel ends.

Joel, the stock number in your photo is from CSUSA. My guess is that this is a postable end cap for the Apprentice Jr. Gents II. Once upon a time CSUSA used to allow you to select postable or smooth end caps when you bought the pen. To make sure, I'd call them Monday. Their customer service has always been good.
