Inch and a half hole. 2" ish od. The insides off the Forstner aren't actually too bad. I'm looking for a good used spindle sander. Right now I put one of the sanding drums (these kits are very reasonably priced) in my drill press. Same idea and the benefits I miss from the oscillation aren't really vital on the inside of these.
