Hey John:

Go to the IAP HOME page and in the upper left corner, select "REFERENCES AND RESOURCES." When that page shows up, go down about 4 or 5 lines and select "DECIMAL EQUIVALENTS." You will get a PDF file that displays a chart from the "HUT" catalog that shows a comparison of decimal, metric and letter drill sizes. Think this should help you with your problem!!

Slimlines (7mm variety) can use a 9/32" bit. Cigar pens are trickier since they are not all the same. I would need to know who makes the particular kit.
