USPS Flat-Rate Shipping Problem Resolved!!

A number of folks have posted about problems using Flat-Rate USPS envelopes when they are stuffed with a small "VCR TAPE" box. Some POs won't take them!! BB posted a link to a copy of a PO memo that clearly explains what is permissible and what is not. If you have been having trouble with your postmaster, show him/her a copy of this memo. Thanks to BB for posting this information!!
