Here are a couple I made today.
First is a Afzelia Burl one-piece pencil made from a rhodium Comfort kit, CA finish.

Next is a "dyed myself" Curly Maple Comfort pen in rhodium plating, again a CA finish. Bad photo sorry.

What kind of stroke do you have to have on your drill press to make one like that? That is something different and nice too. I'm impressed!! Always something new and creative on this site.

Chris - I drill these on my lathe with a long drill bit.
John - the Comfort click pencil is OK but I am only going to use them in my workshop, the lines at the top of the pencil are burned on with wire.
