stablizing question

I am new to stablizing and am trying to figure out if i can use PR to do the stablizing or if I need to buy a specific type of resin

PR is for casting, it's a two part mix and will set up before you even get a good vacuum going in the wood. The resin for stabilizing is heat cured.

The best thing for stabilizing is the Cactus Juice, I have used it for years now and had great success, I have stabilized lots of wood which otherwise would have been scrapped. And it's very enjoyable doing this. Turntex (Curtis) will set you up with everything you need, also any questions you have he will answer :cool:
