Made these this week. First try at spoons and rollng pins. Rolling pins are maple and spoons are ash. Both finished with MO.

No the handles do not move. They are just 1 piece of wood
Jamie- The lower rolling pin is just undercut and then the handle shaped. It does not move seperate from the roller

Nice job. I once watched a guy make wood spoons by hand carving at a craft show, people were lining up to buy them, he could only do about three a day and sold them for $3. It was just a demo of how they used to be made.
