Of all the stone work you've been showing lately that's the one that I'd fly up to DC this weekend to put in my collection. It's stunning!

Looks good. Only think missing is to show how it writes

Hey John don't worry no one is thinking that. Just compliments.
Harry it diffidently it is a talent, I have been trying some from the Alabaster, out of 5 attempts I got 1 right. It seems strange talking about stone but it takes a gentle hand for all the steps from drilling to finishing.
Not trying to make you blush John, but he is a very talented turner. Look forward to seeing & learning more.
