I have had both 5 and 30 minute epoxy last over a year in my shop and still be good. The 30 min got a bit thcik toward the end, but it still worked and held well.

Epoxy resins have an indefinite shelf life. In the past I've used epoxy that was about six years old with no problems whatsoever. The only thing I can say about making 5 and 30 min. epoxy last longer is to use one that has a longer working time than 30 mins. Rod Bond paste epoxy can last upwards of an hour and a half and is an excellent epoxy for gluing tubes especially if you are planning to glue 20 or more sets without having to remix another batch.
