I made a road trip north to Chuck's Cave. RKimery also joined us today. I learned a valuable lesson. Just because it looks good on paper, doesn't mean it will work in real life!! I have an idea for a pen, but after a few failures it's time to step back and start over. But a bad day turning with friends is always better than a day at work!! All in all I had lots of fun till the drive home. It only took 4 1/2 hours to go 110 miles. I managed to sit in one spot on the interstate for 2 1/2 hours without moving.

It was good to have you and Randy visit Ernie. We won't give up on your idea. It's a good one and we can make it work. I'll see what I can do tomorrow. I had to go to bed after you left. The wind was fierce. Guess that's why you got stuck on I-65?

Hey Chuck.....looks like your cave is a popular place to visit.
You need to get a little coin operated turnstile at the door...... I'd drop in a couple of coins in, just to see your new embroidery skills.
