Well, I wasn't happy with this on the first try. The blanks were too small in some places and the clip started to rotate and that damaged the blank.

So, I took it apart and used a blank of alumalite, clear I think was used, that will not take a shine unless I put CA on it.
BTW, that is not dust on the pen. There are glitter particles in the blank.
This is sized much better. Also, since I used some med CA in the assembly it is likely I'll never get it apart again. But that's OK.

I like that,

If you ever do need to get it apart ( but it'll probably wreck the plastic) steep it in warm ( hand warm not hot !) acetone for a couple of days and the CA will either totally dissolve off or turn to sticky rubber type consistence and you can easily separate it all. Ive no doubt that's been mentioned elsewhere but as I'm new here just thought I'd throw it in..
