A friend makes shepherd's crooks and gave me his offcuts after fashioning the crook.
I cut a couple of the 'meatier' parts, boiled them for 20 minutes and straightened them on a vice.
I turned one, sanded to 600g and them MM and buffed.
Advice please on a good finish. ( not a CA fan )
