I place an order with them via the internet. When I tried to pay via PayPal, there was a glitch. When you are at the final step, and it says to click only once; well I clicked and waited, waited and nothing happened. So I clicked again, then it hit me...I've had this happen to me before, duplicate orders. So I decided to call PSI to make sure at least the first click process and I didn't place a double order with them. Here is where the Cheer comes in.
The Lady I talked with in the Customer Service Department was very professional and helpful. Not only did she make sure I didn't have duplicate orders, she set me a replacement part for a Neavou Scepter pen that I have had a difficult time getting. I'll update once I have received the package. I'm not expecting miracles on shipping, but average would be fine.
I have had extremely great customer service from PSI and will continue to order from them.
