After some reading on the forum, I decided to order some 1" jewelry trays, some ten-slot inserts for them, and a rolling soft-sided case to haul them around in. I ordered 12 black inserts and 5 gray ones. Upon receipt of the order, I discovered that 6 of the black inserts had minor damage to them. I emailed customer service about the problem. The responded requesting a picture or two of the damage and said they'd start the process of replacing them. After receiving the pictures, they shipped me 6 new trays, and didn't even ask me to return the damaged ones because they're so inexpensive in the first place. They customer service was top notch, and I got multiple compliments on the trays during a show yesterday. If I need more supplies like that, I'll be ordering from them again.
