I recently experienced a problem that I originally thought to be with one of the pin chucks I bought from Rick. After a few PM conversations we agreed upon a course of action and my problem is now resolved.
The issued revolved around different tube sizes for the same pen kits produced by two different vendors. It was not really Rick's problem, but he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with his products.
I have been, am, and will continue to be a happy and satisfied customer of Rick's excellent products.
