Finally got around to posting some pen pics on the SOYP forum so thought I would add these here.

I tried one with cutting a tenon for the cap but it got away from me to the mother-in-law before I got a pic. When the other gent posted this style (sorry, I don't remember the name:frown:), I tried these. I like this way much better.

These are Pink Ivory, Tamboti, Zebrawood and an acrylic blank I cast myself.

Looks like a good item for craft shows and not a lot of time invested.

Nice work. These sell well. I have made quite a few and can never keep them in stock. I do them the same way you do here. Easy and fast.

I cleaned out the local Hobby Lobby at $2 each. I haven't done a lot of looking around elsewhere but the other ones I have seen are different shapes which would require a different assembly method.
