Today my wife purchased a Scratch Away Sink Restore kit from Micro Surface Finishing Products, Inc. She used it on the stainless steel sink tonight and when I went by I discovered she was using five double-sided micromesh pads. Don't know the grits but must be fairly fine. The kit says not to use on composite sinks which I don't understand but OK. Kit cost $12.99 at Home Depot.
Might be worth checking out. Also comes with a 2 zo. bottle of Micro-Glosh Liquid Polish.
