Looks like a version of a cigar kit

That kit is called a "Rinehart". . I believe it is a product from BereaHardwoods.com

Other vendors sell it also. . It is a very good quality kit but the styling may not appeal to everyone.

It may have been discontinued ... don't see it on the Berea website ... but you can still buy it from ExoticBlanks

That link is for the ballpoint version, but the kit is available as a rollerball and a fountain pen too.

Magpens is correct. The kit is named "Rinehart". It's sold through Woodcraft. It's currently on clearance. Here's a link.

When assembling, many prefer to align the top and bottom facets on the upper barrel.

Yes, Tony is right ... you should align the facets ... and align the clip to be in the center of the aligned facets. . Secure the clip with a teeny bit of glue also so that it does not become misaligned with use.
