Casting Looking For Blank Caster, Watch Parts

I am looking to make a Steampunk Pen for my wife and would like to get a watch parts blank made from someone.
She likes the small parts floating in the resin type of blank.
If someone could let me know if you could this would be great.
Pen Blank Minimum Size: 3/4" x 3/4" x 2-1/4"L
I would think the tube would need to be cast integral to the blank (I'm just guessing here)

not cheap..for these prices, i would want the hands to be included watch part blanks. I think Ed (of Exotics) has some.
