Our local chapter is making a spice rack to be donated using the containers made from Michigan grown wood by about 20 members. Here is my submission made from a birch tree removed from the lot near my home that now is the Main fire station.
The plastic container and cap will be glued in place.

Yes there is, heres a pic that shows the cap that will be glued into the top.
