I have several customers who have been ordering what I call a "2MT Tool Holder" so I thought I might add it to my Vendors Catalog.

I need you to tell me if you think it would sell and if you think you would order them.

The arbors by themselves cost me $15 and I'm charging $25 each for the finished product, that's only $10 for my efforts which I think is more than fair.

The one on the left is for a #3 (1/4") center drill and the others are bored out to .496" for the Hinze Tenon Cutter.

I can make them any size but the max. diameter will be .5" and the max. depth will be 1.5".

Thanks.

Am I understanding correctly: you can bore out the part that holds the tool to any requested diameter & depth up to the limits you gave?

I am certain there are things I've been working around (such as holding things in a Jacobs chuck or collet chuck) that would be better done using one of these, and I can see having a center drill permanently mounted in one like your photo shows would be useful.

Correct Duncan, any diameter up to 1/2" and any depth up to 1.5".
