HSS Pen Mills

Does anyone besides Lee Valley sell a HSS pen mill? Does anyone have the Lee Valley HSS pen mill and is the higher price justified?

I believe all the pen stuff suppliers sell them. Couple different types out there. Take yer pick.

From what I've seen, anyway. Tool steel of some sort, maybe. When I have sharpened these for folks, they are in various degrees of hardness. None have been as hard as a HSS tool bit, for instance.
