I tried this once before with mixed success, but it was good enough to try again.
I broke up about 8 ounces of plexiglass into small peices and then pulverized them with an old coffee grinder, then I covered the plexiglass with about 12 to 16 ounces of acetone. I have been shaking and stirring this concoction for about 4 or 5 days. It is now mixed and just thicker that refrigerated pancake syrup.
Is it thick enough, does it need to be thicker, is it too thick?
Also, I would welcome application techniques from anyone that uses this finish regularly.
Thanks
