To me, looks like a pair of dumbells would take up less space, cost less money, require less thought.

If you insist on a machine, check out a used Bowflex.

I got one at a garage sale for $10. I used it for a while and liked it. Got out of the habit of using it and we had another baby so I lost my "workout room". It is now at my in-laws and my father-in-law uses and likes it.

In highinsight don't think I would pay full price for one. If you can find a good used one you should be happy with it.

I have one and it will do everything the ads say and more. However I found out it's just like every other piece of equipment. If you don't use it, it doesn't help. As previously stated, they make excellent clothes racks. Sorta like the road in front of my house, if I don't walk down it, I don't lose weight[:D]
