Happy Passover

Chag Kasher V'Sameach. Now that the seders are over (mine lasted to about 1 AM both nights), I still have 4 more days to go of eating matzah. Or as I like to call it, edible cardboard. Now, all I have to do is figure out how to make a pen out of the leftover matzah.

Those that have had Passover matzah know it is not exactly very tasty, at least not until the last day, when I can make Matzah Brei (fried matzah).
