for you pendant people

I made this from a lamb shoulder bone. I drilled a couple pieces of scrap wood and a piece of oak with 7mm added a brass tube to each...turned the the oak to the ID of the bone (not perfectly round) add a piece of double stick tape to hold the bone, then jammed it with the 2 other pieces on both sides and just turned the bone round on a pen mandrel and polished it. then did the scrimming. every step was all off the top of my head. many needed improvements and fun to do. now I need more bones

Go to a mom and pop butcher shop, they sell all kinds of bones for dogs cheap.

I had the same question. I can't decide if it's a pendant, finger ring or perhaps small enough for a centre band.

here is another picture if it will help you become un-confused.....it fits my (wedding) ring finger. this shot is my thumb on my left hand. now, mind you, I don't have very big hands. :O))
