First i want to thank Shane for inspiring us with his pens. I tie flies and when i saw his i wanted to try one. This is the first time i have tryed to cast anything like this. I was goin to make this one for myself to carry but when i showed it to my wife she said oh is that my new pen so you can guess who has it. I know the pic is bad but wanted to post it anyway.

Beautiful pen! Very nice work, isn't it nice to have someone else break new ground for us? When I finally get my pressure/vacuum/ultrasonic bubbling setup done, I can wait to try some of what you guys are doing. I've been saving up all kinds of weird things to cast. heh

I know what you mean about the wife absconding with your best stuff.

I'm a master at, "Why, yes, dear, I was thinking of you the whole time I was working on this!" *sigh* gotta love 'em, though. [:D]
