Hi Becca!

Actually, I think you have the Challenge pretty well set up! I would not announce who the judges are, as no matter who you chose, someone will be unhappy. Those of us working on the Bash planning would probably be fine judges, any one of us. You may want to keep this simple, and have yourself and one other person judge each of the challenges. You can choose a different person for each challenge to mix things up. As you get entries, E-Mail them to the other person judging, and ask them to tell you their top three without ranking them in order. Then you rank them in order based on how well they achieved the goals of the challenge, and announce the winners. What do you think?

I agree. From past experience, it appears that all of the IAP members are fine with not knowing who the actual judges are .... and, more importantly, nobody ever seems to moan or groan or whine about the judging. Just knowing that the judges are anonymous .... seems to work fine.
