These fan pulls were made on a mini-mandrel made by Peter, AKA wood-of-1kind. For those of us who are turning between centers and using a pin chuck impaired, this was a great way to still be able to make something I wanted to make, quite easily!

Kindof pricey for just doing light pulls, but they give you really good access to the back side of the work and I use mine for all kinds of stuff.

I've been wanting to turn some of these since I started turning, but didn't know how to do the center. I'll have some time after Christmas to try them out.

Very nice work and thanks for the mini-mandrel plug. Are they custom poured resin blanks. Real 'funky' colours to accent and highlight a usually plain fan pull. I like the results.
