I've sent several PM's to Curtis asking if he is willing to do them again this year but have yet to get a response. Is there anyone else who has the know how and access to the forum that can do them?

I spoke with Curtis today. He has to rebuild the form. Once he does it will be available to all contest chairs. The form should be used for all contests because it will make tracking the winners down much easier.

I think the forms are primarily for those contests where people are entering a pen or something like that for judging, and thus have a reasonable chance of winning (making giving their personal info necessary) - it's not generally for those contests where hundreds of people are guessing, like wood ID and trivia...

Bob,

Andrew is correct. It would be impractical to have the members submit a form every time they made a guess. I should have specified that better,
