CSUSA Customer Support has to be ranked Outstanding. Purchased a Shaving Knot several months ago just got around to making a handle and putting it together. After using about several weeks the bristles turned into a hard knot, nothing I tried would remove this knot. Called customer support to see if they had any suggestions?? Received a email that they were sending out a replacement at no cost. Now that is what I call going above good customer service. Thank you CSUSA

Thanks for this thread. . I have never had occasion to call CSUSA customer service but it is good to know that they are "there for us". . I use some of their products and have been very happy with them.
