Conway colors blanks from Exotic Blanks

I have looked at these blanks for a while and decided to give them a try. They are almost 4x the price of acrylic acetate blanks I usually buy, but there was that "Conway" cachet. With an expensive pen kit it just might work out. They turn very easily like acrylic acetate that I've turned thousands of times. They polish up instantly from 400 grit sanded blanks to a high shine on the buffing wheels. They have very bright and a least for me, unusual colors. Thanks Ed at Exotic Blanks for something different to try. If they sell, I'll be back for more.

Conway Colors Pen Blank - Meteor

There are more colors on the way--expected arrival over a week ago, now in Canada instead of Milwaukee--but they WILL arrive, who knows when?? The joys of international shipping by water!!!

I know it is hard to believe, but I have forgotten what is coming!!! Five pages long and ordered in early summer. Came by water, because with the Covid, everything we have shipped by air is fudged up!! Should know soon, keep watching!! I will be making "excited posts" when it finally arrives!!
