Testors Chevy engine red is the closest model paint I have found to match the racing stripe and body of the HH-65 dolphin helo's. You may want to try using that to paint the inside of the blank. You may want to add a water slide decal with his Rating or collar devices. If you need clipart let me know, I may have some.
