Changes to Blank Rules for a Mike.

Mike or Mike - I finally figured out how to attach a word document to a post. Had to convert it to an earlier version of word (*.doc, not *.docx).

Here are the changes to the rules for the Blank Creation Contest. The deletions are marked in red with a strikeout. The insertions are blue and underlined.

If you would rather have it in a different format, just let me know.
