One of my other favorite things to make are bandsaw boxes. This is the third one I made and so far the best. I had a nice piece of canarywood and bookmatched it to create the design and it wraps all the way around and in the drawer. The handle is made from Paduak and I thought I had sealed it but it bled a little where I glued it on. First caot was Shellac and then 6 coats of Spray on Poly. The drawers were flocked in gray, all I have but I think it looks good that way.
Overall Dimensions are 8"lx3.5"tx3"d
Hope you like it and a good thing is the cutoff portion is going to make a few cool pens yippee
